Who I Am...

The Northern Irish contingent of the Coyotes - it all started with Chaser's woof woods, running down the mountain with the Big Coyoda.

Thanks for sharing your inner most thoughts. We've all been there one way or another and can relate to the whole range of emotions that you went thru. As for me, I thought you did great! Just trying, much less crossing the finish line, was a great accomplishment. The few ultras that I've done were nothing to crow about as far as the finish times. I've had to accept that my best running was @ 5-10k distance and that in the 'yote trail group I'm in the back of the pack. My most satisfying race experience was just crossing the finish line @ Mckenzie way back in the pack in 2001 when work got in the way and I didn't run a step for a month before the race. I'll not tell you how to feel about your performance, that's up to you to duke it out in your own mind. As for me, your a 'yote and that's all that matters.

You're tougher than me. I ran 16 RSMs (Really Slow Miles) that day and wasn't looking for more. You were the second-fastest Coyote there.
